B2B Gets Social with IBM and Euro RSCG 4D

Euro RSCG 4D hosting a workshop at The Cannes lions festival with IBM. George Gallate (Global Chairman – Euro RSCG 4D, Global Practice Leader – Technology and B2B Clients), Sander Volten (MD – Euro RSCG 4D Netherlands, EMEA Brand Director – IBM), Matt Donovan (CSO – N. American, Director of Global Strategy – IBM) and Ben Edwards (VP Digital Strategy and Development – IBM) will be conducting. B2B marketers have unique opportunities when it comes to social media. The proliferating channels of customer communications have led to the rise of the unofficial spokesperson and the key market influencers have shifted. As such, marketers and agencies must develop a new set of listening skills.

In this workshop, IBM and Euro RCSG 4D offer their perspective on the role of social for B2B brands along with practical strategies for how to influence the influencers.

Leading thinkers take delegates through the impact of peer-to-peer communications and the notion of markets as conversations. The instructors will then offer practical advice on how to break the social silo that can develop within organisations along with a hands-on approach on infusing social with other marketing efforts.

The workshop also take a peak into the future of B2B social which includes the upsurge of mobile social and the emergence of B2B-only networks.
